All event bookings are non-refundable due to venue, catering and supplier commitments.
If you are unable to attend:
- Your ticket may be transferred to another guest by notifying us in emailing us at least 48 hours prior to the event, If your name is not on the Event list you cannot enter the event.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels or reschedules the event, guests will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer their ticket to the new date.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
